POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary range – RM1500 – RM1700

Performance Incentive – RM150 per month according to KPI (paid out on a quarterly basis after confirmation – a max of RM450)

Shift Allowance – RM15 per day or RM300 per month max

Medical Leave – 14days

Medical Claims – RM25 per month

Annual Leave – 12 days

Hospitalization – 60 days

Public Holiday – staff work on public holiday, they are given replacement leave. They are not paid public holiday rate

Job Purpose

1. To provide support and guidance to customers through inbound and outbound communication channels

2. Clearly document all transactions with these customers in the relevant software systems

3. To maintain a high level of program and product knowledge in order to provide the best customer service solution

4. To remain transparent to our client’s customers and project that the customer is speaking with a representative of our client

Role Responsibilities

1. Operational performance levels as it pertains to the area

2. Call management in a professional and appropriate manner

3. Productivity as identified in “Other Information” and by Operations Manager

4. Schedule adherence

5. Classify or complete follow-ups on all calls

6. Product / Program knowledge

7. Actively maintain and continuously improve knowledge of all relevant programs

8. Attend all product training as required

9. Minimal escalations and minimal customer complaints

· Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy

· Flexibility with rostering and work process

· Well balanced sense of humour

2. Experience / Education

Essential

1. Airline / Travel or Customer Service Experience – 12 months

2. Minimum SPM education background

3. English minimum Credit

4. Maths minimum Credit

· Previous experience in a shift work environment

· Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office products and multiple software applications

Desirable
1. Ability to use internal email systems (Microsoft Outlook)

2. Telephone-based customer service experience

3. Exposure to sales environment
